When life gives you lemons make Sunshine!
I don’t have all the answers, but I can tell you what the Lord has done for me.
This is me:
Daughter
First and foremost, I am a follower of the Lord Jesus Christ, that makes me the daughter of The Most High God. When I was 18 I realized that, even though I grew up in church, I had never accepted Jesus and my personal savior, so I did. Recently I realized I hadn’t made Him the Lord of my whole life by totally surrendering everything to Him, so I did. This is a daily surrender to MY way, which is So limited, to allow Him to have HIS way, which is better than my wildest imagination.
Passionate
My desire in making this website is to encourage. I deeply desire that you would truly understand who you really are to God. This world is so full of things that look good, and even feel good for a time, but are always trying to tell you what you are not, and what you need to become what it thinks you should be. I am 52 years old and just now believing in who God has made me to be, who HE says I am - and I hope to share this with you.
Widow
After 28 years of marriage my husband was killed on his way to work one night, and my world changed completely. This is not WHO I am, this is a state that I am living in right now. It has been 4 1/2 years and at this point in my life that I can finally accept that I am a widow. I will be sharing that story and the beautiful journey that the Lord has me on since that awful night - and it has only JUST begun.
